As a Diener, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facility. Perform daily cleaning and sanitation duties in designated areas of the facility, including patient rooms, procedure rooms, and public spaces. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and infection control protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations. Prepare and restock patient rooms with necessary supplies and equipment. Assist with the transportation and disposal of medical waste and hazardous materials. Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to appropriate personnel. Follow all safety and privacy protocols, including proper handling and storage of sensitive patient information. Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure timely and efficient patient care. Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure adequate stock levels. Attend and participate in departmental meetings and trainings as required. Adhere to all established policies and procedures of the healthcare facility. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with patients, families, and staff. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency in daily tasks and processes. Provide support to other departments and team members as needed. Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and protect patient information.
