Job Description

Responsibilities

Inputting and updating data into our systems with high accuracy Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information Collaborating with other team members to ensure data consistency and integrity Generating reports and performing data analysis as needed Identifying and correcting data entry errors Adhering to data management procedures and guidelines

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or related fields is a plus Proven experience in data entry or a similar role Excellent typing speed and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment Educational Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Associates Degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
