Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

• Airline or Travel Industry Experience: Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus but not required.
