Ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Customer-Centric: Demonstrated passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Comfortable with remote work technology. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze and solve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change and adapt to evolving customer needs and processes. Remote Work Experience: Previous experience in a remote customer support role is a plus.
