The Specialty Equipment division of careerzynith is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Training Specialist to become a cornerstone of our 40‑person Customer Contact Center. This role blends instructional design, quality assurance, and hands‑on support to ensure that every customer interaction—whether via phone, email, or document processing—exceeds the high standards our clients expect.
