WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Customer Service Rep - Tech Products (Seasonal) working from home, you will: - Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide - Help customers complete purchases and provide post order support - Persuade customers to purchase additional products and/or services - Use product knowledge, build client relationships, and find new ways to retain customers - Track, document, and retrieve information in databases - Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred - Offer additional products and/or services - Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile. ## Your Qualifications Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction.
