Customer Service Flex Trainer

POSITION SUMMARY The Customer Service Flex Trainer (Backup) provides training support to the Customer Service team as needed, including facilitating new hire and upskill training. This role acts as backup coverage for training delivery and is performed in addition to regular Customer Service responsibilities. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate new hire and upskill training sessions as required Support trainees during live calls by providing coaching and guidance Demonstrate best practices by handling calls for trainee observation Assist with troubleshooting basic technical or process-related issues Create and maintain training materials when needed Manage multiple tasks and conversations in a fast-paced environment KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Strong understanding of all Customer Service Lines of Business Comfortable presenting to and engaging a group Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to coach others and provide feedback Ability to multitask effectively MINIMUM GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be proficient in all our Lines of Business Must be a Full-Time Permanent Employee Comfortable presenting to a group Proficient in Teams and PowerPoint Maintains a strong record of punctuality and consistent attendance during scheduled shifts Exceeding all CS scorecard goals CRITICAL RELATIONSHIPS: Customers Customer Service Supervisor Sales Support Supervisor Trainees MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: This is a remote, computer-based role requiring extended periods of sitting, screen use, and virtual communication. The role requires the ability to multitask and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. This position will accept applications until filled.
