In this position, you will act as the primary reputed company of contact for carriers and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track reputed company active shipments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate status updates.
• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for carriers, drivers, and customers during after-hours operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in transit, escalating as needed.
• Update internal systems with accurate, real-time shipment details and status changes.
• Communicate professionally with customers to provide timely updates and solutions.
• Collaborate with the day operations team to ensure a seamless transition and accurate reputed company of information.
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company communication, updates, and issue resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year(s) experience reputed company freight brokerage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and reputed company quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn industry-specific software.
• Able to work after-hours and adapt to changing priorities.
• Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday Friday 6pm-2am, Saturday and Sunday 12pm-8pm
