Coordinator, Compliance (Contracts)

Remote · Ireland Full-time

Mark Anthony Group is an entrepreneurial drinks company that has grown from a one-person import wine business to an international drinks company. The Contracts Coordinator supports the efficient processing of commercial agreements by managing contract workflows, coordinating approvals, and maintaining accurate records within the Compliance function.

Responsibilities

  • Process templated and routine commercial agreements in line with established guidelines and instructions
  • Coordinate internal approvals and signatures, including tracking contract status and following up as needed
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and audit‑ready contract records in designated systems and repositories
  • Support commercial teams and internal stakeholders by identifying issues, escalating risks, and responding to basic contract and process inquiries
  • Assist with research, template maintenance, and departmental projects to support the contracts and compliance function

Skills

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in contract administration, compliance or legal operations
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple contract workflows, track approvals, and maintain accurate records across systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with process discipline and follow-through
  • Clear written and verbal communication and comfortable with escalation processes
