As we continue to grow our sales organization, we are looking for an experienced contract recruiter to help us identify and attract top sales talent. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Sales Recruiter to support full-lifecycle recruiting for sales positions across the organization. This is a fully remote contract engagement requiring someone who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers Proactively source top sales talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative sourcing strategies Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and team dynamics Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and provide regular updates on recruiting activity and progress Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Track and manage candidate activity within the ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date records Provide market intelligence and compensation insights to support competitive offer decisions Qualifications 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales roles Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards Prior experience recruiting for technology or cybersecurity companies is strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent work environment Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) The duties and responsibilities described above are essential functions of the job.
