Drive technical sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Provide expert guidance and solutions to clients through consultative sales techniques. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive and strategic sales techniques. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate and sell Dell's products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to drive successful sales outcomes. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and their needs. Present and demonstrate Dell's products and services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner. Negotiate and close deals with clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends to management. Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance sales processes and strategies. Represent Dell in a positive and professional manner at industry events and conferences. Mentor and train junior sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
