Responsibilities

• This role offers a structured learning environment with hands-on mentorship and development from experienced credit professionals and EagleBank Leadership
• This role will provide continuous training and development to accelerate Analyst growth in the broader C&I space

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in finance, business, economics, accounting or related field
• Formal Credit Training or web-based training preferred or successfully complete assigned Omega (or other assigned vendor) courses in first 90 days in role
• Good communication skills
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong logic and math skills
• Exposure to commercial credit and financial statement analysis; spreading personal and business financial statements and tax returns
• Performing narrative financial summaries or loan analysis
• General knowledge of credit underwriting, including cash flow and collateral analysis
• Bank product knowledge
