As a Client Services Trust Administrator in the RMBS/CMBS product, you will manage the daily administration of trusts, ensure timely distribution payments, and respond to inquiries from clients and investors while collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve payments to holders
• Set up and complete cash movement i.e. wires, transfers, mutual funds
• Assist with inquiries with investors and other deal parties
• Make sure all billing is completed timely
• Receive and review compliance due from deal parties
• Collaborate with team members and management on any ad hoc projects

Skills

• Microsoft skills
• Cash experience, including cash reconciliation and sending wires
• Industry experience in structured products
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
