About Loopp Loopp, a portfolio company of Foundersmax, is building the operating system for AI execution, connecting companies with elite AI talent, managed delivery, and scalable product builds. We’re looking for a CEO to lead Loopp from 0 – 1 and beyond. This role owns vision, execution, fundraising, and early traction.

Key Responsibilities

• Define company vision, positioning, and narrative
• Drive 0 – 1 execution across product and operations
• Lead fundraising (pre-seed / seed) and investor relations
• Close early customers and generate revenue
• Build and lead the founding team (builders + operators)
• Develop GTM strategy and partnership ecosystem
• Oversee product, delivery quality, and customer outcomes
• Establish culture, systems, and operating frameworks

Requirements

• Strong builder mindset with 0 – 1 execution ability
• High ownership, speed, and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to sell vision to investors, customers, and partners
• Commercial awareness (revenue, pricing, growth)
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high pressure

Nice to Have

• Experience in startups, marketplaces, or AI
• Fundraising or investor exposure
• Experience hiring and leading small teams

What Success Looks Like (12 Months)

• Raise seed round
• Launch core offerings (AI builds + talent marketplace)
• Acquire first 15–35 customers
