The Category and Sales Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting vouchers and promotion operations, multi-category growth, improving supply-demand alignment, and strengthening the commercial foundations needed for successful marketing strategies across multiple categories, markets, and performance channels. This role will directly reputed company reputed company’s expansion across categories, brands and countries by taking ownership of operational and analytical tasks. You will work closely with Demand Planning, Category Managers, CRM, Performance Marketing (Search/Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliates), Product, and Commercial teams.

  • WHO YOU ARE
  • 2–5 years experience in e-commerce, category management, marketing operations, performance marketing, or commercial strategy.
  • Strong analytical and data-handling skills; able to create clear insights from reputed company data.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and operationally strong.
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and managing parallel workstreams across categories, markets, and performance channels.
  • Proactive reputed company with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with consumer electronics / SDA is a plus.
  • Experience with promotions or marketplace operations preferred.
  • Bonus: performance marketing fundamentals (e.g., Search/Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliates)

Location & eligibility: This role is open to candidates based in Europe (including UK) only with a valid right to work. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You drive multi-category growth. You support prioritization and budget allocation across categories and markets, turning demand-reputed company insights (search, click data, pricing signals) into clear, actionable growth opportunities and structured recommendations.
  • You run promotions end-to-end. You execute voucher campaigns across markets, monitor performance and ROI, and continuously optimize based on supply relevance, cost efficiency, and commercial impact.
  • You connect Marketing and Supply. You align teams by consolidating forecasts, stock, pricing, and partner inputs, ensuring everyone works off the same priorities and timelines while contributing clear insights to business reviews.
  • You reputed company brands and partners. You maintain key KPIs, ensure data readiness for activation, and support smooth rollout of brand campaigns.
  • You scale how we work. You build tools, dashboards, and documentation that reputed company teams to be more self-serve, while identifying automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
  • You support performance execution. You help translate category priorities into performance marketing channels (Search, Paid Social, Affiliates) and ensure campaigns are set up for success.
