Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an Associate Social Worker or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, compensated at $49 per clinical hour for 15+ hours per week. The clinician will provide individual, couple, and family therapy via secure telehealth platforms, including assessment, diagnosis (within scope of licensure), and treatment planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a regular caseload, documenting sessions and progress notes in a timely manner, coordinating care with other providers when appropriate, and adhering to ethical and legal standards. The role also involves participating in supervision, case consultation, and ongoing training to support professional development and high-quality clinical care. The clinician will work collaboratively with the broader team to support client outcomes and contribute to a respectful, inclusive practice culture.
