Our proprietary trading platform and integration with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) provide our clients with a robust and versatile trading experience. We are committed to expanding our footprint in Nigeria market and are seeking a highly motivated Business development manager to lead this effort.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Business development manager to help scale our global partner ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be responsible for finding, onboarding, and activating high-quality partners who bring new traders to the platform. You’ll own the journey from first contact through activation, working closely with partners to launch campaigns and reach performance milestones. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role with a clear impact on growth. What You’ll Do Partner Sourcing & Outreach Identify and source potential partners (influencers, educators, communities, agencies) Prospect via LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, events, and local networks Run structured, personalized outreach across email, messaging apps, and calls Qualification & Deal Management Assess partner quality, audience relevance, and growth potential Conduct discovery calls to understand goals and promotion strategies Present partnership models (revenue share, custom deals where applicable) Negotiate terms and agree on short-term performance goals Onboarding & Activation Onboard partners into tracking and partner systems Educate partners on tools, tiers, and best practices Support partners in launching their first campaigns Monitor performance and help optimize towards activation Performance Ownership Drive partners to reach Active status (5+ first-time deposits) Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up discipline Handover activated partners to Business Development Managers with full contents Operational Knowledge of the West Africa region Existing relationship with with active IB's, Affiliates, Influencers & KOL's an added advantage Sales driven & self starter Knowledge & experience of the CFD & Crypto industry is must What Success Looks Like You consistently activate new high-quality partners Partners launch campaigns quickly and effectively You manage a clean, predictable pipeline Partners trust you and stay engaged through activation What We’re Looking For Required Experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development within Trading industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfort working with targets and KPIs Organized, proactive, and follow-up driven Experience using CRMs and digital tools

Nice to Have

Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or online platforms Familiarity with influencer or affiliate ecosystems Experience working with global partners
