As a Business Development Manager at Paysafe, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client and partner base, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our presence across key industries. Leveraging your network and industry expertise, you will identify new opportunities, build lasting relationships, and promote innovative payment solutions tailored to client needs. This is a fully remote role. You’ll be part of a dynamic, high-performing team in a fast-paced and evolving market.

Responsibilities

Client & Partner Onboarding: Proactively identify and onboard new clients and strategic partners by leveraging your existing network and building new relationships. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience that sets the foundation for long-term collaboration and success. Industry Engagement & Networking: Represent Paysafe at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand visibility, stay informed on market trends, and engage with potential clients and partners. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business needs and aligning Paysafe’s solutions to support their goals. Solution Selling & Business Insight: Demonstrate a deep understanding of each client’s business model, industry dynamics, and pain points. Use this insight to position Paysafe’s products and services effectively, driving adoption and portfolio growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams to identify new revenue opportunities, co-develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives. Revenue Generation & Strategy: Drive revenue growth by applying consultative selling techniques, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills. Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive pipeline management and strategic account development. Continuous Learning & Industry Expertise: Stay current with trends and developments in the payments industry through ongoing internal and external training. Strive to become a subject matter expert, contributing insights and thought leadership to the team and clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or professional degree, or experience in lieu of education, required. 5+ years experience in Sales or similar professional experience, required. Experience in the online payments industry is a strong advantage, particularly in sectors such as iGaming, e-Sports, Gambling, Crypto, Blockchain, e-Commerce, or Travel, highly desirable. Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets. Ability to strategically identify and pursue potential clients, maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities. Open-minded and enthusiastic about joining a close-knit, high-performing sales team offering cutting-edge payment solutions. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Flexible, resilient under pressure, and solutions-oriented. Proactive, collaborative, and capable of working independently. Strong customer focus with a hands-on mentality and global mindset.
