• Base Compensation: $79,000 - $92,500 annually based on experience.
• Hybrid Telehealth role that allows for more flexibility to work from home 75% of the time

Qualifications

Required:

• This role requires candidates to reside outside of the Greater Houston area

Required:

• Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision
• Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field
• Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines

Required:

• Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided

Required:

• Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable. Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable - REQUIRED

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.

Preferred:

• 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience

Preferred:

• Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
