About the Role

Fruit Street Health is seeking experienced leaders to serve on its Board of Directors. Board members will provide governance oversight, strategic guidance, and support the company's mission of expanding access to diabetes prevention nationwide.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in healthcare, technology, or public health
• Interest in digital health innovation and preventative care
• Experience serving on boards or advising startups preferred
