This role is pivotal in streamlining our project planning process by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring seamless collaboration with our on-site teams.. Key Responsibilities ● Analyze and interpret architectural plans and specifications to create detailed quantity take-offs. ● Prepare accurate construction cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment. ● Collaborate with the project team to align estimates with project requirements and budgets. ● Ensure compliance with Australian construction standards and practices. ● Provide ongoing support for project adjustments, revisions, and updates as required. ● Maintain detailed records of all estimates and associated documentation. Qualifications and Skills ● Minimum 2 years of experience as a construction estimator, preferably in commercial construction. ● Familiarity with Australian construction standards is a MUST. ● Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and processes. ● Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. ● Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Must be Efficient in Bluebeam ● Understand construction methodology
