Bilingual Remote BCBA- Parent Training

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote parent training and caregiver support services for families receiving ABA therapy. This position is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about empowering caregivers, promoting consistency across home and community environments, and helping families feel confident using ABA strategies in everyday routines. This role is fully remote and offers scheduling flexibility. Evening and weekend availability may be needed to accommodate parent and caregiver schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct individualized parent and caregiver training sessions via telehealth.
  • Teach ABA strategies in a clear, compassionate, and practical manner.
  • Create, organize, and maintain parent training curriculums to support consistent, high-quality caregiver education across clients and families.
  • Develop parent training materials, resources, and structured lesson topics aligned with ABA principles, treatment goals, and caregiver needs.
  • Support caregivers in implementing behavior intervention strategies, skill-acquisition programs, reinforcement systems, communication supports, and generalization plans.
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure caregiver training aligns with the client’s treatment plan and clinical goals.
  • Provide case management support related to caregiver participation, treatment coordination, and service continuity.
  • Document parent training sessions accurately and in accordance with company, payer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor caregiver progress and adjust training topics based on family needs and treatment priorities.
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and culturally responsive communication with families.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, care coordination, and consultation as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst — BCBA and active or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Indiana.
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, special education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing parent/caregiver training in ABA and ABA case management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles, parent training models, treatment planning, and caregiver coaching.
  • Experience providing telehealth services or remote caregiver support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with families and explain clinical concepts in an accessible, supportive way.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documentation timelines independently.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including possible evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with Medicaid and/or commercial insurance requirements.
  • Experience supporting families across diverse cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Prior experience in an in-home, school-based, or hybrid ABA service model.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position. The BCBA must have access to a private, professional workspace, reliable internet, and the ability to conduct confidential telehealth sessions in accordance with HIPAA and company privacy expectations. Pay: $60.00 - $85.00 per hour Benefits:
