Summary

As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will provide high-quality customer support while creating positive member experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, delivering thoughtful solutions, and building trust through every interaction. Your role in our mission Deliver exceptional bilingual customer service through inbound and outbound calls. Assist members with questions, concerns, and issue resolution in a professional and empathetic manner. Research inquiries and provide accurate information while meeting service level agreements (SLAs). Document customer interactions and resolutions within CRM and ticketing systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and quality member support. What we're looking for Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). Minimum 6 months of call center and customer service experience required. Strong communication and active listening skills with a customer-focused mindset. Experience using CRM systems, help desk software, and telephone technology. Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. The pay range for this position is $31,200.00 - $44,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
