In this role, you won't be "selling" in the traditional sense. Instead, you'll be an advisor. You will explain to union members exactly what benefits they are entitled to. Key Responsibilities

• Connect with Clients: Use phone and Zoom to talk with members and explain their benefit programmes.
• Build Trust: Create long-term relationships by being professional and helpful.
• Guide Families: Walk clients through their entitlements step-by-step so they feel secure.
• Keep Records: Maintain accurate notes and complete digital documentation on time.
• Collaborate: Work closely with your team to reach goals and maintain high standards.

Requirements & Skills

• Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or sales is preferred, but we value the right attitude most.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Tech Savvy: You should be comfortable using Zoom and basic digital forms.
• Communication: Excellent English skills are a must to help our clients clearly.
