Compensation

• $100–$110 per hour depending on experience

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality, ethical care
• Provide support and guidance to families
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and company standards What We’re Looking For
• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
• Minimum 1 year BCBA experience
