Baltics Region Sales Executive – Maritime (Remote)

Remote · Canada Full-time

Are you ready for a new challenge in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment? Do you want to help shape how the maritime industry sources and purchases air and ground transport for seafarers and crew, using data, automation, and a deep understanding of complex itineraries? If so, we’d love to meet you. At C Teleport, we are transforming corporate travel by combining automation, machine learning, and pragmatic commercial insight. As our Baltics Region Sales Executive – Maritime, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with shipping companies, crewing agencies, and maritime service providers. This is a fully remote role reporting directly to our Sales Director, who leads our global maritime commercial team. You will join a collaborative, international environment that values ownership, transparency, and customer-centric selling.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Baltics Region Territory: Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and capture new business opportunities within the maritime segment. Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process; from prospecting and initial outreach to conducting product demos, leading commercial negotiations, and finalizing contract signings. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with shipping companies, crewing agencies, manning agents, and other key maritime stakeholders in the region. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery for your new clients. Market Intelligence: Serve as the voice of the customer in the Baltics region, providing feedback to our Product and Marketing teams to help influence the roadmap, pricing, and messaging. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the team’s overall pipeline and accurate forecasting. Industry Presence: Represent C Teleport at industry conferences, maritime trade shows, and high-level client meetings across the region.

Requirements

Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English and native or bilingual-level Baltic language - Latvian/Estonian/Lithuanian. (This is a must-have requirement given the linguistic and cultural landscape of the Baltic region maritime sector). Our working language within the team is English. Sales Expertise: Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, preferably within the maritime, logistics, or corporate travel sectors. Network: Ability to leverage your existing professional network within the Baltics shipping/maritime industry to build a robust pipeline quickly. Remote Work Discipline: You are a self-starter who thrives in a remote-first environment, effectively managing your time and stakeholders across different locations. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the complexities of crew travel, maritime logistics, or similar B2B service sectors. Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering impactful product demonstrations and navigating complex contract negotiations in English and/or Baltic language.

What We Offer

Competitive Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Up to approx. €48,000/year gross (contractor agreement setup).

On-Target Earnings (OTE): Between €80,000 – €96,000/year, performance-based. Remote-First Flexibility: Work from the comfort of your home, with the requirement to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events within the region. Growth Environment: Join an international, collaborative, and results-driven culture where your contributions have a direct impact. Innovation: A chance to fundamentally change the future of crew travel in some of Europe’s most dynamic maritime hubs. Pre-Engagement Screening If your application is successful, we may conduct a pre-engagement screening through a trusted third party, in line with applicable laws. Depending on the role, this may include checking your employment history, education, and other relevant information (such as publicly available professional or media information) to help us understand your qualifications and suitability for the position.
