What You Will Do: Implement new monetization features. Create product design documents outlining behavioral goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets, and technical requirements. Identify opportunities for app improvement and potential update risks. Review app dashboards and models to estimate the KPI impact of new webstore features. Collaborate with the team on project deliverables. Work with the development team leaders to ensure the successful development of app features and projects. Work with the data team to forecast the outcome of features and report the actual data after release. Expand player segmentation to evolve precise value propositions. Provide mentorship, guidance, and direction to monetization and LiveOps managers. Monitor webstore revenue daily and pivot the LiveOps calendar based on performance. Actively monitor industry trends and implement best practices. One (1) direct report: Senior Monetization Manager. Telecommuting from anywhere within the U.S. is allowed. Minimum requirements: Six (6) years of experience in the job offered, as a Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or a related occupation. What We Are Looking For: Mobile game web portal promotion Data visualization with Excel, SQL, and Tableau A/B or multivariate testing Increasing revenue on a live product Developing features and products in a game, MMO, consumer web, social network, or entertainment product Utilize LiveOps tools: custom Google Sheets, Github, Abby (internal A/B testing tool), MODE, Looker, Tableau for SQL reporting, Liquid, Grit, JIRA, and Confluence.
