Participate in gift solicitations to fund organization-wide priorities, in addition to specific opportunities in New York, to enhance the overall development efforts of TNC. Conceive, organize, manage and often participate in regular events and trips for prospective and current donors. Convey persuasively the mission and campaign priorities to varied groups, including major donors, corporate executives, board members and others who are important to the organization’s overall prosperity. Stay abreast of TNC priorities and accomplishments and leverage local-to-global storytelling in conjunction with the One Future Campaign. Financial responsibility for setting and meeting fundraising objectives, reporting on and evaluating results, aligning regularly with team goals, and developing corrective strategies. Decisions may have a program-wide impact, affect team members, and bind the organization financially or legally.
