Your mission Partner Management: Monitor and implement DSP policy changes; First point of contact for operational matters internally and externally Catalog & Release Management: Oversee releases, ensure metadata accuracy, manage compliance, handle errors, coordinate platform delivery and backend administration Claims & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve incoming claims efficiently and accurately across platforms Key Account Support: Support key accounts through meetings, strategic oversight, internal coordination, and release assistance Artist & Label Onboarding: Guide artists and labels through the onboarding process, address questions, gather feedback, and provide hands-on support Your profile You're based in Poland and interested in working as a freelancer Fluent in Polish and English, German is a plus Experience in the music industry and a strong pulse on current trends High service orientation with the ability to understand artist needs and turn them into growth opportunities A collaborative spirit – you actively contribute ideas and support the team Reliability, initiative, and the ability to handle diverse tasks independently A sharp eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture Ideally, an existing network in the music industry – artists, labels, and/or DSPs What working with us looks like 100% remote, project based collaboration and built for the long term Communication in English throughout Direct contact with the team in Germany — quick feedback Interesting projects across digital music distribution A team culture that's genuinely collaborative whether freelance or not Sounds interesting?
