• Duties:
• Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs and concepts
• Create detailed construction set of drawings for a residential set of homeplans.
• Assist in the development of construction documents, including plans, sections, and details
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on design improvements
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design
• Qualifications:
• Training in Autocad software
• Residential architecture design a plus!
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Note:
• Experience in residential design a must!
