Appointment Setter - B2B Sales

The Role Set qualified appointments for inside or field sales, making 50-60 calls per day Conduct primary research through interviews with appropriate decision makers. Engage decision makers on the phone to discuss their business pains. Conduct peer-to-peer conversations with senior executives, multiple individuals in each target company to gain a cross-functional view of the enterprise and its purchasing behavior. Manage goals and objectives of multiple projects at the same time. Document information and complete accurate, clear, concise reports for our clients. Conduct primary research through interviews with appropriate decision makers. Identify key decision makers within targeted accounts. Manage databases by appropriately completing the various components defined by the Functional Requirements Experience with inside or field sales (IT or enterprise software sales preferred) Experience with B2B tele sales required Proven success with Account Management/Development Ability to promote company’s value proposition demonstrated with sales goals that meet or exceed company goals Proven success with consultative, conversational style of solution selling Minimum degree requirement: BA/BS (Equivalent work experience will be considered) CRM proficiency (salesforce.com preferred)
