This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, contributing significantly to the overall business continuity and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions. - Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Portfolio and Project Management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues. - Experience with monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level business applications. - Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. - Familiarity with software lifecycle management and incident management processes. - Capability to work independently while contributing positively to team efforts.
