• Key Responsibilities
• * Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support via phone, chat, or email.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience
• * 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support (preferably in a remote environment).
• * Prior experience with Apple products (as a user or support provider) is an advantage.
• * Familiarity with macOS, iOS, and related Apple software will be a plus.
