Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a proactive attitude. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese. Proficient in policy design and optimization. Well-organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and a quick learner. Capability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Experience in procurement/HR is a plus.
