Role: Android Developer Location: Remote Role Overview: We are hiring an Android Developer to build and maintain Joveo's Android application — delivering a fast, intuitive mobile experience for job seekers and hiring professionals on the world's most-used mobile platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop features for Joveo's Android application in Kotlin
• Implement responsive, accessible UI following Material Design guidelines
• Integrate mobile features with backend APIs and real-time data services
• Write unit and instrumented tests to maintain app quality and stability
• Optimize performance, battery usage, and memory footprint
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams in agile cycles

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK
• Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store
• Solid understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Familiarity with Jetpack components (ViewModel, Room, Navigation, Compose)
• Experience with REST API integration and async data handling (Coroutines, Flow)
• Knowledge of Android testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, Mockito)
