Role Description We’re looking for a Sales Support & Development Specialist to join our growing team in North America. This role combines customer service, inside sales and administrative coordination — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to new challenges and takes initiative to drive business growth and customer success. This is a fully remote position. What You’ll Do Support customers and distributors from order to delivery and after-sales service. Generate and qualify leads, prepare pricing proposals and help grow lubricant sales. Provide administrative, reporting and coordination support across key business functions. Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing and distribution to ensure efficient processes and exceptional customer satisfaction. What You Bring 2–5 years of experience in sales support, customer service or inside sales. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field. Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills. Strong skills in data tracking, reporting and performance analysis. Proficiency with CRM tools, ERP, inventory systems, MS Office Suite.
