We’re now looking for a Account Manager to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation. What is Noda? Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. Now we're looking for a talented Account Manage to be part of our dynamic team. Your mission: Build strong merchant partnerships and maximize transactional volume growth. Ensure successful client relationships and operational support. Grow the client portfolio and manage all operational stages of the merchant lifecycle. Your skills and experience: 2-3+ years of similar work experience in B2B fintech companies (payments/card processing); Experience working with direct merchants is crucial; English and Russian languages at least at the professional proficiency level (both are must-have requirements); Skilled at creating long-lasting successful business relations; Strong negotiation skills; Meticulousness with data, ready to do the necessary routine work to maintain various data bases; Skilled at processing information into high-quality yet easy-to-digest reports; Ability to learn fast and work independently.
