We're partnering with a creative and media environment to find a talented Account Manager - LA to support their team. Based in Los Angeles with hybrid work options, this temporary role involves managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring quality standards. This role is ideal for a driven professional experienced in account management within creative production or media agencies. *Account Manager - LA Responsibilities:* * Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts and projects, facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business decision-makers, ensuring their needs and goals are aligned with project deliverables.
  • Oversee project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met while providing regular updates to all stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between creative teams and business units, advocating for client satisfaction and project clarity.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and new business by understanding capabilities and promoting the organization's services internally and externally.

*Account Manager - LA Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of account management or client services experience in a creative production environment or media agency.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook on MAC or PC.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage conflict, multi-task, and pay close attention to detail.
