The SMB Account Executive will engage with qualified leads, conduct product demos, and guide prospects through the buying process to help businesses improve their documentation and scaling of work.

Responsibilities

  • Close inbound new business opportunities across companies of all sizes and industries within the SMB segment
  • Engage with qualified inbound leads and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Help organizations understand how Scribe can improve the way they document and scale work
  • Run product demos and answer customer questions
  • Guide prospects through the buying process using best-in-class sales and GTM tools

Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in professional sales in SaaS/AI
  • You have a strong bias toward action and enjoy operating with urgency
  • You're highly organized and energized by staying productive throughout the day
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities move quickly and momentum matters
  • You enjoy talking with customers and building relationships through high-volume engagement
  • You're comfortable learning quickly and simplifying concepts for others
  • You're resourceful, proactive, and willing to take initiative to solve problems
  • You value execution and progress over perfection
  • You're excited to grow your sales career in a high-performing environment with strong development opportunities
  • Must be located in SF, CA!
  • BDR experience prior is a huge plus!
