This is a remote position. Account Executive France French speaking – 32-40 hours About KGL Accucoms KGL Accucoms is the leading provider of sales and marketing services to academic and professional publishers. We have extensive expertise in global sales representation, telesales and business intelligence services to clients ranging from large publishing houses to specialist society publishers. KGL Accucoms is a global company with teams operating in Europe, the Americas, Middle East & North Africa, Turkey, India, Taiwan, China, Japan, Southeast Asia and South Korea. We work internationally on behalf of highly reputable publishers to help boost their sales, expand their readership, and increase customer retention worldwide. Your contribution As Account Executive France, you will be responsible for sales support, product training, and customer service activities. You will identify new business opportunities within the region, as well as managing, retaining, renewing and growing a portfolio of existing customers. This position will be based from home. This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager for France and works closely with the rest of the Southern Europe sales team.

Requirements

Responsibilities Support Regional Sales Managers in driving the promotion of publishers, products, and services across the assigned region, contributing to overall revenue growth. Develop and manage comprehensive stakeholder maps for key accounts, supporting the creation and execution of strategic account plans. Execute targeted renewal campaigns, alongside proactive lead generation, cold outreach, and the development of high-quality prospect pipelines. Contribute to new business development while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships; support the end-to-end sales process and deliver excellent customer service. Achieve and exceed annual portfolio growth targets as defined by the business. Enhance customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction through consistent engagement and value-driven interactions. Leverage strong communication skills to gather meaningful customer insights and feedback through effective telephone and virtual conversations. Deliver and support training sessions for libraries and publishers, ensuring users maximise the value of products and services. Increase product awareness and adoption through the delivery of trials, demonstrations, and online presentations. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and customer needs. Take ownership of additional responsibilities and account-related activities as required to support business objectives Qualifications​ Native or near-native French language proficiency, with additional knowledge of Italian or German considered an advantage. Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading) with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment. Demonstrated excellence in negotiation, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised individual with a flexible and positive approach to work. Strong customer service mindset combined with commercial awareness and sales acumen. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating strong coordination and interpersonal skills. Prior experience within the library or publishing sector is desirable. ​
