• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in customizing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting issues with Absorb LMS (Learning Management System) to meet organizational training needs, including content management, user roles, and reporting
• Design, develop, and maintain Learning Management Portals to facilitate a seamless learning experience for users
• Strong experience on AWS Serverless with .Net & React/NextJS for developing portal enhancements, and integrating Learning Management Portals with other enterprise applications & IT systems
• 8+ years of experience in Absorb LMS and 5+ years in AWS Serverless with .Net & React/NextJS
• Possess strong organizational skills and be a strong collaborator to work closely with cross functional teams to understand learning requirements, align technical solution with business objectives, build a shared understanding of project goals and timelines, and drive release & deployment activities Nice To Have
• Experience on other LMS tools
• Experience in Life Sciences industry would be advantageous. Soft Skills
