Role With this role, you will be core to the company by contributing daily to important decisions with a multidisciplinary team of passionate and talented people. Flesh out the details of a game's design, oversee its testing, and revise the game in response to player feedback. Our studios are looking for people who bring their own ideas and are always willing to compromise to move forward. Support the Lead Artist in the ideation and execution of the game’s vision. Design and implement a high-quality, scalable UI from concept to final integration in Unity. Create and maintain a comprehensive UI Style Bible and reusable component libraries. Create high-quality 3D assets (characters, assets, props and environment art) and ensure optimal performance across mobile devices. Setup, integrate, and animate UI scenes in Unity. Work with Game Designers to ensure UI supports gameplay and accessibility goals. Iterate quickly based on team feedback and live user data. Propose creative ideas to boost player engagement and improve the user experience. Profile Strong Unity skills, with the ability to implement and optimise directly in engine. Excellent 3D design skills, with a keen eye for visual hierarchy, composition, and readability. Good UI experience A keen eye for emerging mobile game trends with the ability to creatively deconstruct and learn from success cases. Experience collaborating with cross-functional remote teams. Fluent in English.
