Navitas Business Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong recent experience in PHP, Laravel, and modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React. This role will support ongoing development initiatives and requires a developer who can contribute across the full technology stack in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel Build and enhance front-end components using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for software development Required Qualifications:Strong recent hands-on experience with:PHP Laravel React JavaScript Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs Solid understanding of front-end and back-end integration Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) Experience with modern UI/UX best practices Work Environment:Fully remote Collaborative team setting with direct client interaction opportunities.
