Job Overview We are looking for a 1st Level Support Specialist that will provide customer support through tickets, phone, and chat. Consult customers on how to improve their services and forward client feedback and his concerns so that services to be improved. Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Hosting, Domain, and related services through tickets/chat/phone Provide support for Entry Level Sales and Billing Requests Report bugs to Developers Partial infrastructure monitor Issue reporting to the Infrastructure Team and Manager Handling Cross sales / Up sales Consult Customers for developing their services Provide customer feedback in order to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction Among other duties, periodically shall act outside basic responsibilities in order to help the company’s main target as well as develop within it Skills & Qualification: Provide professional and friendly customer support. Accuracy, and efficiency when responding to incoming customer inquiries Willingness to confront and resolve a wide range of customer problems, of basic to advanced complexity Knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems Knowledge of hosting services and domain names Problem-solving skills Self-leadership skills and ability to take initiative Cooperation skills and team spirit Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English Excellent time management skills Outstanding organizational skills Nice-to-have skills: Expertise with Plesk, Cpanel, WHM Familiarity with common CMS (WordPress, Joomla, etc) Special working Conditions: For this role, working hours are fully remote, and working in shifts.
