Project Overview You will join our Finance Solution Delivery Team, operating within a lean, high-performing, supportive, and fast-paced environment. This contract-based role is designed to provide additional operational capacity to support day-to-day operations, ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements within the Workday Financials ecosystem. In this role, you will work alongside senior team members and serve as a collaborative partner to cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Accounting, and Procurement. Please Note: We are strictly seeking mid-level experienced candidates for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Solution Support: Provide system configuration support across Workday Financials domains under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring solutions align with platform standards. Production Triage & Troubleshooting: Assist with active production issues, troubleshoot system defects, and contribute to timely technical resolutions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with functional stakeholders to help translate high-level business requirements into actionable system solutions. Data Integrity & Compliance: Help ensure absolute data integrity, platform security, and strict regulatory compliance within all financial processes. Testing Execution: Actively participate across multiple testing cycles, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Documentation Management: Maintain precise documentation for system configurations, design decisions, and standard support processes. Must-Have Skills Experience Baseline: 1–3 years of professional, hands-on experience working with Workday Financials. Domain Knowledge: Direct exposure to one or more core Financials domains such as:Financial Accounting Banking & Settlement Expenses Business Assets Process Literacy: Foundational understanding of end-to-end financial workflows and processes within Workday. Operational Track Record: Proven experience supporting live production operations or project-based deliverables within a collaborative team setting. Soft Skills: An eager problem-solver with a strong willingness to learn, exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders, and the ability to take direction in a fast-moving environment.

Nice-to-Have

Skills Reporting & Integrations: Familiarity with Workday custom reporting capabilities and standard integration frameworks. Time Zone & Collaboration The role requires close collaboration with teams aligned to Central Time (CT) and Eastern Time (ET). Since the end-client is based in the USA, a solid daily overlap with these regions is expected to participate in syncs and agile ceremonies. Language All interviews, technical assessments, documentation, and daily communication will be conducted exclusively in English. C1 expected or B2 is required at the minimum. #LI
